Terms of Service

Effective date: April 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brewery Distribution Manager application ("the Application"), operated by Sand Hills Brewing ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Access

The Application is an internal business tool. Access is restricted to authorized staff members of Sand Hills Brewing and its affiliated entities. You must sign in using an authorized Google account. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose of managing brewery distribution operations. You will not:

• Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access the Application.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or features that you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Application to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Application.

3. Google API Services

The Application uses Google API Services to provide authentication, email sending, and email reading capabilities. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data and Content

Business data entered into the Application (accounts, orders, inventory, etc.) is owned by Sand Hills Brewing. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for business decisions made based on data in the Application.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Application integrates with third-party services including Google APIs, Google Gemini AI, and QuickBooks Online. These integrations are provided as-is and are subject to the respective third party's terms and availability.

6. Availability and Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sand Hills Brewing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
